Coming Up: What's Behind the Violence in El Valle

I'm trying to sandwich a post on the background to the violence in the Valle de Juarez, in between listening to closing arguments in a trial (I will cover this, too, later) and a Government Department meeting at the university. I should be able to post later today, so stay tuned.
